Welcome to the DES ANGES shop. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

DELIVERY
Purchased items will be dispatched within 1 – 3 weeks. In some cases it can take longer than expected. If this is the case we will send you an update on this. For pre-orders there’s a different delivery time, this will be mentioned with the relevant item on the website.

You can also choose to have your item sent insured up to 500 euros. This will be shown to you at checkout.

All European orders are included VAT and duties. There will not be any additional costs. The fees for international orders outside of Europe do not include custom fees and additional taxes, we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates, we cannot always guarantee delivery dates. DES ANGES aims to process orders as soon as possible. You will always receive a Track&Trace code.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit/debit card statement. At this time, we do not accept gift cards.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days counting from the day you received the items. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the items can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed. You can return an item by sending an email via contact@des-anges.com. You will receive a return form, fill it in and send it back to the relevant address. Instructions are provided in the return form. Customers are charged for the return fees

DES ANGES is not liable for the non-availability of permanent www.des-anges.com or for technical or electronic errors on the site.

INDEMNIFICATION 
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold DES ANGES harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or DES ANGES product.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the The Netherlands.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or DES ANGES. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. DES ANGES also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in DES ANGES sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or , you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment within 30 days. Also, please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 30 days for the money to be on your account.
Please note that the shipping costs are not refunded, unless your products are faulty.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the item doesn’t fit well you can exchange it for the right size. We will ship the right size to you for free (worldwide).
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
